CabinetWreaths.com strives to take the headache away from returning a purchased item. While we want customers to enjoy our wreaths and decorating with them, we understand that sometimes a purchased item does not meet expectations. Customers can return a purchased item with the following conditions.
30-Day Return Window
Customers can return their purchased item if it is within 30 Days from the date that the item was purchased. However, customers must meet the following conditions:
- a. The item is not used.
- b. The item being returned must be in the original condition that it was received.
- c. The returned item must be in the original packaging as received (including any bows, with tags and any accessories).
Any customer that does not return their purchased item within the 30 Day window may not be eligible for receiving a refund.
Return Eligibility
Customers may be eligible to return their purchased item if one of the following conditions are met:
- a. The customer received the wrong item that was not purchased.
- b. The item that was purchased was damaged or is defective.
- c. The purchased item does not match the original description.
- d. The customer simply changed their mind about the purchased item, and the item that was purchased is still unused.
Once an item is considered a Final Sale (including any clearance items, or any personalized/DIY customized wreaths) the purchased item can no longer be returned.
Instuctions for Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives to a customer in a damaged condition, it is imperative that the customer contact us within 72 hours of receiving the item in an unusable state.
Customers are to provide the following information:
- a. A brief description of the issue
- b. Photos of the damaged item.
- c. Your order number.
CabinetWreaths.com team will be happy to replace the damaged or defective item, or issue the customer a refund.
Return Shipping
Customers that are eligible to return a purchased item due to a Seller Error (such as wrong item, damaged item, or defective item being sold) will receive complimentary shipping for their return of the purchased item.
In the case that a customer simply changed their mind about the item purchased, the customer shall be responsible for paying for the shipping used to return the purchased item.
Refunds
Refunds will be released to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days of inspection.
Refunds of your original payment will be issued to your original method after 5-7 business days of inspection.
Shipping costs are also non-refundable, if they are applicable to your order.
Exchanges
You may exchange items for the same item or an item of equal value, if applicable, based on availability of stock. Exchange options for equal value items are based on availability of stock inputs. You may contact the support team to assist with an exchange.
